We’re a small, mama-owned business built on creativity, comfort, and care, and we want every customer to feel like family. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, returns, and exchange policies.

Shipping & Processing

Every item is made to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to craft your piece before it ships. We take pride in creating quality apparel you’ll love wearing again and again.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and packaged before shipment. During holidays or busy seasons, this window may be slightly longer — but rest assured, we’re always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.

Orders under that amount ship at a $5 flat-rate and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after being sent. 

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed off to the carrier, it’s out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to help! If your order appears delayed or lost, please first contact the carrier with your tracking number, then reach out to us at info@santidesign.co so we can assist further.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 5 days of delivery. Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

To start a return, email info@santidesign.co and we’ll provide return instructions. Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a digital gift card for the value of your return.

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

  • Requested within 5 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked final sale

Please email us before sending your return to confirm eligibility. Returns that do not meet our guidelines may not be accepted.


Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that arrive defective, damaged, or not the right fit.
If your preferred size or style isn’t available, we’ll issue you a store credit so you can select something new.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, so we encourage you to review our sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
